TRISHA
The Grammy-award-winning singer began work on an album but
decided to shelve it. The Georgia native also left her
Nashville base for Oklahoma to live with husband-to-be Garth
Brooks. Unlike Brooks, who announced his retirement a few
years ago, Yearwood knew she would be back.

"I know I'm going to get asked about it in every interview,"
the country star said before she was even asked about it. He
popped the question in May. "I haven't set a wedding date

CERTIFICATION WITH JASPER COUNTY
NASHVILLE, TN – Just a little over a month after the release of
her current album Jasper County, Trisha Yearwood is celebrating
her 11th Gold Certification from the Recording Industry
Association of America (RIAA).

**Dates Postponed due to Wilma**
TRISHA YEARWOOD concerts scheduled for October 21st, 22nd, 23rd
have been
postponed due to hurricane forecast. A decision on make up
dates has not yet been announced. Those who have
purchased tickets to the October 23rd date are asked to hold on
to those tickets, as they will be honored at the rescheduled
performance.

passed away September 20th, 2005 in Monticello, GA at the age of 72.
The family will hold a
private family funeral service. Please keep
