Wow, a new board! Cool! Hopefully we'll have some new Trisha Fans as well!
I wanted to be sure that our Project to Honor Trisha was put back up, so that we can all work together to collect as much money as we can for Trisha's Charities! I've started to receive a few donations and memory pages, and it looks great so far! SO Come On Trisha Fans, let's make this another Awesome Year to show Trisha just How Much We Love, Admire and Respect her!!
A reminder: the Charity Trisha chose this year is the Nashville Humane Association and the Starkey Hearing Foundation! Let's work together as Trisha fans to give these 2 Incredible Charities a Great Donation!
As in the past, Please make your checks payable to me, Tammy Sperr, and write in the memo line of the check or money order the charity you’d like the money to go to.
Now, this year, after talking with Sandi and throwing out ideas, I’ve decided that it would be fun to do a Memory Book for Trisha. And so far the feedback is great! Please don't say I'm not creative, I can't do this, YES You CAN! If you need help or ideas or encouragement, Email me! I'll help! But remember this is our way of giving some of ourselves to Trisha!
What I want everyone to do is this:
1. Use an 8.5x11 Standard size for card stock paper(no bigger or smaller) cardstock paper, white, patterned, whatever (available at any scrapbook store, craft store such as Michaels and even target and walmart usually have some)…
2. Decorate this page however you want with pictures, comments, whatever you want to share with Trisha. Let your creativity show, and if you say “I’m not creative”, it doesn’t matter, whatever you do will be Great! You can choose to do 1 side or if you’d like, decorate both sides of this paper, up to you! And if you have pictures, quotes, comments, or whatever, and really can’t do a page, mail me the page along with your stuff, and I’ll do my best to put it together for you! I want everyone to contribute!
[B]3. Mail the finished page to me along with your donation, please mail it so that the page is protected.
4. I will then put them into page acid free scrapbook page protectors, and assemble them into an 8x10 scrapbook.
5. This way, you have more space to share with Trisha, and give her a personal touch to our gift donation!
I’m very excited about this year’s donation, and I hope that all of you are to! Please spread the word and let’s get as many Trisha fans involved as possible, and collect a large donation for Trisha’s Charity!
