Hey, i'm Jonathan, new to this board. I just thought you guys might be interested in some info. Trisha Yearwood will be appearing at the Lexington BBQ Festival in Lexington NC on Saturday October 27 2007. She will be at the center stage #1 at 3:00pm. I wasn't sure if anyone has heard about this show or not. Hope to see everyone there!

Delurking because I am SUPER excited about this. I will definitely be there. I go every year and it is only 10 mintues from my house.

If you have never been before, it is kind of like a street festival and parking is always insane. I think this year they are expecting around 150,000 people throughout the day. So, make sure you leave with time to spare.

Also, if you go to the website. You will see that there is a shuttle running all day that takes you from the local Wal-Mart parking lot to the festival. It only costs $1 for adults and is free for children. I think I am defintely going to try that this year. Traffic gives me a headache
