Just wanted to share this with everybody... I'm a bartender and last night I had a 35-ish guy sitting at my bar. He was sharing his pains of dating with me (snoozefest... trust me), but then all of a sudden he says, "I just wish I could find a good woman. And it'd help if she was Trisha Yearwood's identical twin."

Needless to say my mouth almost hit my eyeballs, I was smiling so big!

We must have talked about Trisha for an hour. The guy left me a $20 tip on an $11 check! I was cracking up.

So, when I left work, a group of my friends took me out drinking because today is my birthday. We bar-hopped. We went to a honkytonk to play pool, a sportsbar to catch the end of the Series, and then a gay bar to go dancing. I swear to ya, I heard HHPOL on all three jukeboxes! And I hadn't even played it! I was shocked. Whoever played it at the honkytonk also played "Bring Me All Your Loving" and "Who Invented the Wheel".

Best birthday ever! Good friends, good drinks, and AMAZING music!

Rock on - great stories!!! Okay, I'm going dancing with you next time, because our gay bars suck at playing good country.
