I guess this really only applies to those that purchased the premium tickets for the show at the Fox in Atlanta...

I remember having to pre-order the CD in order to buy the best seats possible....
but today I did not have the new album in my mail box.

Should I investigate?
any one else also do this & all ready get their cd?

Being that i just found out about the 2 bonus tracks at wal mart, I'll buy a copy there no matter what actually happens...
it just sucks not having the cd.... Esp. since I saw it at Target today and DID NOT buy it, knowing I already had pre-ordered it when I bought the concert tickets.

All Access told me today that they shipped them out on Nov. 7; I haven't received mine either.

maybe yesterday being a holiday screwed it up for you guys?

While All Access is great when it comes to getting tickets for Trisha's concerts, they are not very efficient in getting pre-ordered merchandise to its customers.

Not only have I not received my CD that I purchased with my Atlanta ticket, I haven't received the "platinum bundle" that I pre-ordered back in October. I finally called yesterday and was told it was shipped Friday and takes 3 days. When I responded that I paid for expedited shipping so I would get it before (not after) the release date, all they could say was - "you'll have to talk to my supervisor who, of course, was not there at the time."

I'm not sure I'll buy any pre-sale merchandise this way ever again. I'll just wait for the cd to be released and buy it at Wal-Mart (like I did yesterday morning).

I received my Platinum bundle preorder Tuesday, I thought that was pretty great, getting it on release day!
I'm sorry some of you haven't gotten your preorders yet-hopefully you'll get it today! It's Definately an AWESOME CD!!!!!

Oh wow....haven't received this one either. Had almost forgotten about it. Wonder if the person I spoke with confused the Atlanta ticket bundle with this?
