I talked to a friend who works in the Electronics department at the Target here, and he said that as yet he has not heard of there being any Target exclusives for HHPOL. However, he said that in his experience if there are/were going to be any exclusive-type CDs, usually those are released one to two weeks after the release of the regular album. So if you are planning on checking at Target, you may want to wait a week or two. I'll try to post something if I hear anything.
