I just wanted to let you all know that Ted and I are walking in the "Relay for Life" here in CT this week-end. I have already had a few wonderful friends here sponser me. But if anyone else is interested, I thought I would post the link to my Relay page. But I also wanted to ask for some prayers - for the week-end as well as for my family. My dad has been in and out of the hospital this week, and he just came home yesterday. The hospice nurse is there today. That kinda shook us all up. We knew it was coming, but he seemed to be doing OK lately. My mom has gotten so disoriented lately, and so I drove her back and forth to the hospital. She couldn't even remember who was picking her up, or what we were doing. It's been a bit nuts lately, that's for sure.

Ted and I are walking most of Saturday, taking a break for Mike and Zach's birthday, and then walking Saturday night and the luminary ceremony. Oh, if anyone wants to purchase a luminary, let me know and I can buy it for you and you can pay me back - just pm me. I will make sure to take a picture of it for you too. That part of the walk is so moving, and also brings tears to see all those candles around the track. We will be going back Sunday morninn for the closing ceremony, but I can't do the overnight. My back just can't do it!

Hey Debbie! I will continue praying for your parents and your family. So glad you and Ted are doing the Relay. I will be thinking of you guys tthis weekend. It really hits home after everything that happened with my grandmother within a few short weeks. Take care!
