Hi, Trisha & crew.

I am the administrative assistant for the Yukon Schools Helping Hands Volunteer & Mentoring program, and it is a big anniversary year for us. For 40 Fabulous Years, parents & patrons in our district have been serving our teachers, students, & staff as Helping Hand Volunteers, Miller Mentors, & Watchdog Dads. Our students volunteer as well, as Academic Tutors, Terry's Kids (mentors), and Student Helping Hands.

We are honoring them this year with our annual brunch, we want it to be FABULOUS, and there's only one way to accomplish that: WE NEED GARTH--the most fabulous performer to ever come out of our terrific community. For a just a few minutes of time, on a weekday morning, he could make some very deserving people very, very happy.

How can we make this happen? Contrary to what may be popular belief outside Canadian County, Garth's fellow Yukonites would love to see him again.

Time is of the essence, so we would be ever-so-grateful to hear from you soon. You're a lovely gal in your own right, and we appreciate any consideration you can give us. Thank you so very much!

Sincerely yours,
Christal Whitmire, Secretary
Yukon Publich Schools Helping Hand Volunteer Program

PS: We believe Garth attended Central Elementary, which was the site of the first volunteer's service, presumably around the time Garth was in 1st grade. We thought that a nice coincidence!
