Full Version: Chicken pie recipe

Made the chicken pie recipe in the first cookbook twice. The first time it was fabulous, turned our perfect. The second time a few weeks later, it was too soupy and not as good. I followed the recipe the same both times. Any ideas where I went wrong? Want to make it again this weekend, thanks for any hints. PS saw you on the View, they couldn't talk for eating and oohing and aahhing, funny.

Was your weather humid the second time around? A lot of people don't realize how much weather can affect the turnout of your food. Also, did you make it in the same pan? The first time I made it, I used a pan that was too big and it affected the consistency. Those are the only two thoughts coming to my mind right now. I hope you figure it out.
