I have the best friend in the world! She has always been amazing. But she totally surprised me with a signed copy of the 2nd cookbook!!!! I really hadn't thought I would get a chance to get mine signed (my first one isn't signed) but was planning on getting the book. But low and behold - - - I got one!!!

Then this past week I had my two granddaughter and their best friend who lives upstairs from us - for a sleep-over. I showed them the cookbook and told them that we were going to make the first recipe - waffles! They were so excited!!!

The next morning we all got up and each one of the girls did a part in making the waffles. They came out so good! I took a picture of the girls with the batter, waffle iron, and Trisha's book. I don't know how to get it on here - but it is a great picture - and the girls had a wonderful time! Thank you Trisha for writing another great cookbook - and something that I can share with my granddaughter ( or grandsons!)

I just had to share my super wonderful story!!!!
