Is their a typo in the recipe? It calls for 8 oz of cooked mac. That is such a small amount and does not seem right. Can someone please help me as I would love to make it.

I made it last night, and the amount was actually correct! I thought that it seemed like small amount as well. I also thought that the recipe called for way to much cheese after grating and seeing two huge mounds of it! However, it all worked out and the recipe was very tasty:)

i'll try this tonight.. would you happen to know how many person it can serve??

The first time I made it I noticed it had LOTS of cheese but the macaroni amount seemed ok. The second time I made it, I noticed it had LOTS of cheese, but having had it before I knew that it was good that way, but that second time, I added more pasta because after I cooked it, it just didn't seem right with the amount of cheese being used. I would just follow the recipe, and then see what you think afterwards.
