WOGI Froggy 98.3 in Pittsburgh has the song added onto their 7pm-5am rotation as announced earlier here. Well they are playing the song and it is getting requested. Not sure by how many people other than me but regardless my requests are getting played so they think the song is looking good for the daylight rotation. They arent even waiting till late to play it I usually hear it around 7pm-8pm WOO HOO

I am still working on WDSY Y108 in Pittsburgh. I call and request it and the DJ says OH great song I will get that on for you. I dont end up hearing it but I also dont have time to sit and wait for 3 hrs. So I am not sure if they are playing it or not.

How are your guys radio battles going?

GoCountry in Los Angeles is very receptive to my requests, of course maybe I am the only one requesting it. This morning I emailed them and they played it at 6:15am.

I called my local radio station here in CT - and the girl told me that it is slotted for the midnight to 5am time slot. I asked her when it would make it to the daytime, and she said when it was higher in I guess the list of songs. I'm not sure whether it has to be top 20 or not. But for now, she is in the overnight rotation. But I did ask her to play it and she said she would try.

Mine just started playing it and I heard it middle of the day. I'm not sure where it is in the rotation. I keep requesting so hopefully that is helping!

93.5 WAXM is playing it here in the Tri-cites of east TN. Heard it for the first time today! Woo Hoo! Don't know how often they are playing it, but at least it's getting played. NOW, if I could only get 96.9 WXBQ to start playing it. I called and requested it and they said they will dee how well it does before they add it to their playlist. Doesn't make sense to me but maybe if you all could help and e-mail them they might start playing it.

I called my local station here in VA to request it b/c I haven't heard it played yet around here. The DJ said he'd love to but he didn't even think they had it in yet, but if he found it he'd play it........they never played it this afternoon so I'm assuming my station DOESN'T EVEN HAVE IT! so frustrating

Most stations have the song, but are waiting to see how it does to play it. Which to me, really doesn't make much sense. ....I haven't heard it yet on any of my local stations, but right now all I know to do is just keep calling. Keep requesting. The thing is, they've played some of the older stuff, even if I've requested HHPOL...I'm trying to email the Program Director, but I'm not sure how far that'll get me.

93.9 WMEV is playing it, just heard it a little while ago. Now if we could only get 96.9 WXBQ to start playing it, that would be three stations in my area that would be playing it.

I called my radio station last night cause wanted to know if they had Trisha's new song on their radio station yet. The DJ I talked to told me that they did have it, and he asked me what song it was and I told him Heaven, Heartache, and the Power Of Love and he said Trisha Yearwood's new one you bet we have it. I asked him when he would be playing it and he said he'd play it after the other song was over just for me. He played it and I recorded it. Really cool.

That's awesome Stephanie! I finally heard it on the radio this afternoon. I was driving home from work and I flipped the station and it had just started. You better believe I blasted it and sang along LOL. As good as it sounds on her myspace page, it sounds 1,000 times better blasted in the car!

I can't even say how the local country station is doing with putting the song on the radio. I haven't listened to the station in a while. It got very annoying when they were playing the same darn songs 3 or even 4 times in an 8 hour workday.

So I take a break for a couple of months and listen to an easy listening station until they aggravate me with their lack of programming originality and go back to the country station.

I emailed WDSY, Y108 two days ago about playing the song. As of today, still no response or song. Guess I'll just keep trying.

I turned on the T.V. a few minutes ago, and CMT insider was on. The segment where they talk about the most popular songs was on, and it is hosted by a radio station crew out of california, i believe. anyways, they said the most popular new song on their station was HHPOL!! I was so excited!!

I e-mailed a 2nd station in my area today WTNR for the lunch hour request. Her first response was she wasn't sure if they had it and would check. I sent her Trisha's MySpace link to listen to if she hadn't heard it. She did check and found they not only have the song but have just put it in heavy rotation and said I would be hearing it sooner rather than later

The station here in Williamsport has been doing surprisingly well with the song. I heard it twice while at work today and only heard Carrie's new one once!

Ok, can someone help me out here...

I have called into my local radio station here in VA almost every single day since the song was released and every time they tell me they still don't have it! How can this be? How can they NOT have this song? They always say if they find it they'll play it but I have yet to hear it..

I mean, I know the exact second Garth's new single is released they'll be playing it every hour on the hour so why won't they play Trisha's?!

I hear ya! I have yet to hear it on one of my local stations and haven't heard it on the two that I posted about in another thread that were playing it in days now.
