Ok, I just had to jump in here and tell you what happened today. Now that it is over, it is soo funny. I was driving home from the store when HHPOL came on the radio, so of course I got excited and was blasting it. Well, next thing ya know, I got pulled over for speeding LMAO!! Thanks alot Trisha!!! I'll just have to be more careful next time. LOL!

Oh, and on CMT Insider, for the chart news segment, the station out of San Francisco that did the segement this week said HHPOL was the hottest song there right now. WOOHOO!!!

I saw that! Wanted to post about it, but forgot which station.

Sorry about your ticket - - - but that is so cool about hearing the song on your radio! I still haven't heard it yet. I hear her old stuff - but not HHPOL. But I'm hoping with all the good news about the single, soon it will be played all over the place!!!

I have been able to get my stations in Pittsburgh to play it now!

But yea when it comes on the speed goes up and the volume is cranked up and I have the bad habit of tapping my foot to the rythm so my speed gets random jolts.

Some crazy gas pedal action comes on at the begginning at XXX's and OOO's lol

Funny stuff!!! But heck, if you're gonna get a speeding ticket - you might as well be enjoying yourself!

I'm hoping the single comes out on iTunes before I have to run a 5K in September - that'll give me the speed I need to actually finish - ha ha.

How funny! Sorry to hear about you ticket though Heather! Did you try to explain why you were speeding to the officer - and say it was all Trisha's fault?! I do that all the time.... I'll be listening to Trisha, Elvis, or just good music and before I know it, i'm going 80 on the interstate.....

I don't ave to worry about getting pulled over because I don't have a car. But if I did I would certainly get pulled over because the people would hear it all the way in Lansing, MI. Gotta play Trisha Yearwood music right. Sorry about your ticket Heather.

You are soo right Lish! Besides, I was only going 10 miles over the limit, so that's not too bad. LOL Now how to tell the hubby! Although with my newspaper contacts I could probably get it fixed quite easily. It pays to work with the pd on their stories for the paper. The one who stopped me was new and didn't know me.

I hope thingd work out for you Heather. Does anyone have the cmt insider with Trisha on it. I guess it would be about her talking about her new single and her new album I'd only guess. I don't have cable right now. The only reason I am online right now is because my sister lets me come over by her house and use her computer. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to catch up on even Trisha having a new single. If anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it very much.

I'm so disappointed in my "brothers and sisters in blue". I personally would accept an explaination of "being under the influence of Trisha" as a reasonable excuse.

I work very close to the Cerritos, Ca venue, so all you West Coast Speeders might catch yourself a break if you mention "Trisha made me do it" to a certain So. Cal. officer.

One question for the masses...I'll be attending four of Trisha's So. Cal. concerts...Is that wrong? Does that make me a stalker?

Thanks. I'm really looking forward to the shows. I have to admit though that I am completely terrified...I have my very first ever "meet and greet". Sure no problem chasing after a "bad guy" into a building but...going into a building to meet Trisha? I'm sure I will lose all professional bearing and be a total dork!

If you ever get a chance, see a show at Humphrey's in San Diego. It's like going to a concert in someone's backyard. Worst seat in the house is 75 feet from the stage.
I've seen a lot of good folks in the past Wynona, Martina, Sara Evans, Brad Paisley...Man if we could just get Garth there...

LOL. Have I ever seen a show at Humphrey's...it's only my favorite place in San Diego to see a concert. I've been there several times, mostly Trisha's shows, but I've seen many others there too. I'm going to the Pechanga, Lancaster, Humphreys and Laughlin shows. I would have loved to have gone to the Cerritos shows, but they were during the work week. Enjoy your shows, I certainly will. Not too much longer...
